Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at Budapest the Váci Road church in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
